Digg Reader Open Arms For Public Use

The news for shutting Google reader already created a havoc for people but now no more as according to Digg’s latest announcement it will now be available for public use.

Now the fans will get the advantage of using Digg reader as The service is integrated into Digg’s iOS app too.

However as we know that previously Digg’s RSS reader has been in beta for about a week, after a development period of about three months.

According to company officials the work is not over yet and It still lacks the features like the ability to mark an item unread, view only unread items, and even lacks “accurate unread counts for feeds and folders.”

What is required for a Digg reader ? A Google account will be required to sign up for Digg Reader, and RSS subscriptions can be pulled in with ease. Once subscriptions are set up, uses can Digg and save stories as they like, or share links to Facebook and Twitter .

WAIT ! AS Digg has something to offer to everyone, and this is well proven by the fact that DIGG also promises than an Android app will be released in upcoming days.

Giving more information about the plan the company said that Betaworks has promised that integration with Evernote and IFTTT, search, and notifications will show up in future iterations. And eventually, a paid version of the reader will be introduced in future.
